Peter Madden is a graduate of Elam with a Master of Fine Arts.

He uses images from National Geographic and assembles them using a montage technique into works he calls 'time crystals'. Each new work he makes has subtle changes from the last. He has been described as a master of collage.

Peter has participated in a number of exhibitions and is represented by a leading Auckland gallery.
